Modular crane line
Our line consists of two size classes: S and M cranes. The operational principle is the same in both: only the height changes. By tailoring these models, we can deliver cranes that match highly variable dimensions and lifting capacities.
In addition to the capacity of the crane, we can tailor its accessories in a variety of ways.
Manual crane
A chain or level hoist, for example, can be attached to a carriage inside the crane’s boom. There is an easy-to-use locking in the carriage that prevents unintended movement of the load.
Electrical crane
By equipping the crane with a winch and drive motor, it is possible to raise/lower the load and transfer it with ease. The control of the crane is done with a wireless remote control unit offering two speeds for both movements. The crane is connected to the vehicle’s own battery. The use of a double battery is recommended.
Vehicle-based support frame
The support frames are designed on a case-by-case basis for example for a particular vehicle model. As a result, they take very little loading space and their installation is quick and simple. The crane is connected to trolleys equipped with ball bearings, making lateral movement of the crane very light. The carriages are equipped with an easy-to-operate locking mechanism.
Installation in vehicle
Our cranes are delivered tested and ready for operation. The support frame is composed of pre-assembled parts whose installation is quite simple. You can assemble a manual crane yourself, because no special expertise is required. Installation of an electrical crane demands some know-how in vehicle-based electricity to ensure that the vehicle is not damaged. Installing an electrical crane takes two people about one working day.
We install cranes at our own location in Turku (Finland), or you can contact your local motor vehicle outfitter for the purpose.

The starting point for customization is your lifting requirement (kg = WLL, or Working Load Limit), as well as the space available in your vehicle (e.g., the model concerned). In addition, we need to know whether you wish the crane to operate manually or electrically. On the basis of these details, we make you a crane proposal.
